Dr. André Bredenkamp MB.,Ch.B., CCFP attained his medical degree in South Africa in 1991. He completed a year of training in plastic and trauma surgery as well as six months of general surgery in the UK. He worked for 10 years in Saskatchewan in general practice, ER and maternity. Since 2003 he has been working in South Surrey/White Rock in family medicine in a busy urban practice. He completed his training in aesthetic medicine (neurotoxins for aesthetic and clinical indications as well as soft tissue fillers) in 2004. Growing up in sunny South Africa and seeing the effects of prolonged sun exposure (premature aging and skin cancer) he has a special interest in skin rejuvenation, reversing the effects of aged and damaged skin as well as prevention, early detection and treatment of skin cancer. He is very excited to offer PRP treatments and mesotherapy for the restoration of damaged skin, hair loss and joint issues. He is supported in the practice by very experienced colleagues, superiorly trained staff and the best and newest equipment on the market.
Associations include: College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, Doctors of BC, College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr. Albert J Lamprecht

Dr. Albert Lamprecht received his medical degree in South Africa in 1989. He completed post graduate rotations in Internal Medicine, General- & trauma surgery, Plastic surgery and Paediatrics.

He relocated to Canada in 1991. His professional record includes :

1991-1996 : worked as a rural family physician in Saskatchewan. His practice included Obstetrics(with surgical privileges eg. caesarian sections) and general Family Practice with level 1 surgical privileges.

1997-2001 : worked as an Emergency physician and Intensive Care Associate at Saskatoon's Royal University Hospital, City Hospital & St. Paul's Hospital.

2001- 2003 : Emergency Physician at Peace Arch Hospital & Surrey Memorial Hospital.

2004- present : Family Physician in White Rock and Emergency Physician at Peace Arch Hospital.

Dr. Lamprecht has been involved in Anti-aging -& Aesthetic Medicine over the past decade. He has special interests in facial rejuvenation and restoration using medical laser, Botox & fillers.

Dr. Lebl has been practicing in our community for over 12 years. He has a large patient base and has been involved in all facets of patient care: clinic-based to inpatient care. He has the distinction of delivering over 1000 babies. Skin care has become a larger focus over time. Mirela graduated from the University of Bucharest in 1989 with an Electronics Engineering degree. In 1997 she decided to pursue a career in the Health and beauty Industry, her lifelong passion. She graduated from Christine Valmy International Aesthetics School and started working in the industry. In 2000 she moved to Canada and took CIDESCO International (Medical Aesthetic Program) and the Richmark International (Perma ND-TAG Laser technician). She also became certified in Lasers (e.g. Fraxel, Light sheer), Radio Frequency (e.g. Thermage, Ultrashape), Intense Pulse Light (IPL) and medical grade Chemical Peels/skin care. Recently, after years of work as an Consultant, Assistant Clinician/Laser technician/Skin care specialist in a prestigious clinic in Vancouver (Skinworks), she decided to move closer to her home and work in her community with the most famous local Doctors. With over 19 years of experience in this field, Mirela provides her patients outstanding care. Her science background combined with advanced training in cosmetic procedures means that she understands those complex processes. Mirela obtains unparalleled results for her patients. Her love of beauty extends to her hobbies; in her leisure time she pursues an interest in interior design. However, for Mirela, nothing equals spending quality time with her family.

Michelle obtained her medical assistant diploma through BCIT and has worked with the Canadian Armed Forces, Burnaby General Hospital, and Physicians including Psychiatrists and General Practitioners. Michelle has received several certifications and successfully completed training on advanced clinical skin care and cosmetic laser technologies. She specializes in providing cosmetic treatments such as skin rejuvenation, body contouring, cellulite reduction, laser hair removal, hydra facial, stretch marks, veins and pigmentation. Her profession is truly her passion. Each treatment is customized towards the client in order to achieve better confidence and an understanding on a better daily skin regimen. Jessica Kuling is the Clinic Manager at White Rock Skin and Laser and brings years of experience in both management and marketing. After graduating, she completed education in business management and worked in upper management in the restaurant industry for several years before migrating to the wine industry in both the Okanagan and Vancouver, where she focused on sales, marketing and category management. She's passionate about small business growth and her passion for working with people, experience and warm personality make her the ideal fit to manage the clinic. Jessica was born and raised in the White Rock area and has a keen understanding and love of her community.
